Spain
Well, based on the bottle blurb, these folks have a slightly higher opinion of this wine than I do. A serviceable wine for for $7, but not exactly noteworthy. Maybe they were talking about some of their other higher priced wines. |

It’ doesn’t come across as your typical Tempranillo, so you may not be shouting “Manyana” from the rooftops |

A likeable sherry and the price is right too. Although the bottle says chill it a bit, I really enjoy more when it's closer to room temperature. |

A sherry that falls somewhere in dryness between Alfonso Oloroso Seco (a very dry one) and the Solara 1847 Oloroso Dulce (rather sweet). With this wine leaning heavily toward the Alfonso, no matter what the label says. |

It tastes good. I can see whiling away an afternoon and a bottle at the same time or just having a glass with a hearty lunch. And I believe Jorge Ordonez is becoming my personal hero, as he selects some of the best cheap wines I know... |
