Fall Creek 2008 Chenin Blanc Texas

A taste much like their 2005 Chenin Blanc. With about the same grade to match. I guess that's a good thing.

On the plus side: mildly sweet, less than a White Zin to be sure, a nice medium yellow color, and mild or faint pear/apple tastes for your palate. Otherwise, no real notes for your nose, and you taste how sweet it is more than anything else. It's not an especially memorable wine. OK on a hot day and served will chilled.
