Grayson Cellars (Lot 10) 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon California

I went through the whole bottle in one sitting, it's THAT good and tasty.

On it's plus side: a deep violet color, plenty of berry notes for your palete, good balance, a long lingering finish, a marvelous dryness that seems to go with the finish (forever), an aroma of chocolate, but only at a certain temperature, and lovely acidity (the right amount of pucker.) There wasn't much on the downside for this wine. As it's only a 2009, I really wonder what it might be like in 2-3 years.

Post Script: Went back and bought a supply to put up. Now all I have to do it keep from drinking it!
