Ironstone 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon California

It's subtlety different than their Zin. Drier, but with some real berry notes and a nice drying finish, just what Cab drinkers want, I'll wager. And at a decent price.

It's a clear, bright wine with ruby to violet color and some very light structure to it. There's plenty of berry notes here for both palette and nose and and a very nice dryness too. It's a wine better (but just better) for dinner than sipping as I personally like a bit more taste. The dryness helps with the finish and balance. And finally, always aerate.
