A good choice for mimosas or a champagne punch. Not too sweet with good to excellent bubble production.

It's a wine with a clear, bright light yellow color. Not as dry as the Brut label would suggest, it has good to excellent bubble production. There's some mild fruitiness to this wine, with no off note and perhaps a hint of vanilla, with good balance and finish. Not bad by itself for sipping on a hot day. But a Zonin Prosecco would be my first choice.
