May not the first bottle of bubbly for the evening. But probably the 2nd or 3rd. Overall not a terrible Prosecco. It's got good bubble production and a nice balance between dry and sweet. It seems to have no nose to speak of and the fruity notes you might detect are somewhat muted. Still, a somewhat tasty wine, but as the 2nd bottle. A better choice might be:
