This Bin65 Shiraz clear, light ruby color. It doesn’t seem to have much in the way of viscosity. The “legs” are slow to form and fade quickly. My first whiff revealed some cherry notes with something underneath. (Licorice, perhaps?) It’s berry nose seems to follow thorough in the taste with moderate astringency and not too much “twang” (tannins). This seems to give it a nice balance overall and has a moderate finish. Overall not a bad wine, a little more character would help though.
