Another wine aeration device. While similar to the Rabbit device recently reviewed, (single handed operation, .etc), I tend to think this one works slightly less well, hence the slightly lower grade. On the plus side: Sleek black and silver design (a bit Art Deco in appearance), single handed operation, includes a stopper (but not sure how much that is needed), stainless steel tube on the inside, rubberized exterior to hold the stopper in the bottle while pouring, and a metal mesh to help keep any debris from falling into your glass. On the minus side: it works much like the Menu aerator reported on here. Both are somewhat passive devices in that the air is mixed but not aggressively. The Menu device mixes the air and wine right a single junction but the Nuance tends to be along it's entire length (about 4 inches.) Both will aerate a wine, but not like either the Vinturi or Rabbit Pourer. A better choice might be:
