Six Grapes NV Graham's Reserve Porto

It’s a very tasty port. Very unlike many ruby ports I've tasted that seem to have than substantial oak time. Very reminiscent of the Llano Port reported on earlier. But in this case, a less harsh variety.

It’s a cloudy, bright if rather if somewhat opaque violet colored wine, with more than just a bit of structure to it. It’s not like most ruby ports I’ve tasted as it’s not particularly harsh. As a matter of fact, it’s rather smooth and highly drinkable. There are some current and berry notes for your palette and nose and perhaps a bit of chocolate at the end too. There is a good balance and a medium finish. Considering it’s sweetness, a pre or post dinner wine.
But highly drinkable….
