Urban-uco 2008 Malbec Tempranillo Argentina

Frankly, better might be found for the price. Best for dinner, but there’s a slight aftertaste with this one.

It’s a clear, bright, violet-purple color with a light structure to it. There’s moderate astringency here, that is somewhat pleasing and some light berry notes (blackberry) for your nose and taste buds. There is also a slight harshness at the end along with a slightly bitter aftertaste, even with a good aerator. It got a medium finish and an OK balance. Best for dinner.
