Sauvignon / Fume Blanc

Overall, a typical Blanc. Citrus in the right places, dry in the others. A good summer sipping wine, and rather on the cheap side, like a lot of Chilean wines.

It's a wine I seemed to like much better at the wine tasting. On its own, it comes off as a typical Blanc.

Let's face facts: Sauvignon Blanc's are not my favorite wines to begin with. And this one seems less so than usual. It might be good on a hot day, as your second bottle.

An all to brief a taste at a recent wine event. It seems a pretty good Sauvignon Blanc for the price.

A better Sauvignon Blanc than most I've tasted. There's some real flavor here, at least for me.
